I’m also a proven Organizational Consultant with 30 years of experience. I enjoy reducing complexity, enabling accountability, building leadership skills, developing talent and creating momentum. I work with organizations of all types and sizes empowering them to THRIVE.
My most important role is that of a wife and mother. My husband and I have been married over 33 years and are blessed with three amazing children! We love to spend time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest: hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, boating, etc. We truly live in God’s country and see his blessings all around us!
